Rye – Checking Out

Check Out Checklist

Please follow the steps here to ensure the next people staying at the House dont have to clean up after you.

If we all follow this, it will be a more pleasant experience for everyone

Remember , If cleaning is not performed satisfactorily, a professional cleaner will be brought in at cost to you of $100 and future bookings most likely will be rejected. Thanks for your co-operation. We are sure you will do the right thing. If you arrive and found any of these are not done, please notify us.

 

BBQ

• Clean Plates & Cover BBQ with Vinyl cover securing with velcro tabs.
• Turn off gas bottle.

Fridges.

• Drinks Fridge Unplugged and propped open properly
• Main Fridge emptied of any perishables. Please take your veg, Milk,Butter,Fruit with you.

Bathrooms

• Hang any Wet Bath Mats to Dry.
• Use bathroom cleaner and wet wipe all areas.
• Mop Tiled Areas in Toilets and bathrooms.
• Toilets cleaned(Wiped inside & Out and under the seat!)
• Take your toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors etc home…

Vacum

• Check bag and empty/replace if required.
• All carpets & Floors.
  including stairs
  including under Beds
• Sweep Outside back door area.

Lights

• Turn off all bedroom Light Switches 

Bins

• Rubbish Sorted into Bins.
• Bin Pickup is Monday Morning.
  Bins to be placed on Nature Strip unless you know there are guests coming before the next Sunday.

Any Mail in mailbox please leave inside on top of Fridge.
