General Booking

You are welcome to make a web booking.  Use the “booking page” and we will contact you to confirm.
Include your contact details including phone and email.

Weekly bookings run Saturday to Saturday. Week long bookings have precedence.
All bookings run from 4pm on the first day until noon on the day of departure.
The house must be left clean, ready for the next person. Failure to leave the house in that condition will incur a $100 fee for professional cleaning.

A deposit may be required to secure the booking.

A bond equal to the rental rate may be required.

Peak period includes school holidays, Easter and long weekends. Long weekends are weekends where a public holiday falls near the weekend and will incur a minimum booking of 3 or 4 days.
